About the Role
We are currently looking for a grant writer to manage potential funding sources and prepare proposals on behalf of the Collaborative. Primary responsibilities include:
Assist with the execution of the development department’s strategy
Identify grant funding opportunities
Write, submit and manage grant proposals
Furnish prospective funders with supporting documents
Collaborate with Executive Director to send benefactors newsletters and to promote programming
Collaborate with Executive Director to compile an annual report
Requirements
Proven work experience as a Grant Writer or similar role
Proficient with measuring and reaching income goals
Great with MS Office Word and Excel
Excellent knowledge of fundraising information sources
Exceptional organizational and writing skills
Bachelor’s degree in creative writing or related field or in process degree (open to college students)

The Galatians Law Collaborative is a Christian non-profit organization formed to create housing for the homeless and low-income population. Our mission is to glorify God by fulfilling our purpose of serving the homeless, feeding the hungry, and bearing the burdens of the underserved community.
